CONSIDERATIONS:

  1. Laura does not have any set honorarium but graciously accepts whatever amount the Lord lays on your heart.
  2. Laura does not travel alone. The host church or ministry is responsible for two or three airfares, one for the Laura, one for her keyboard player, and one for her husband or person traveling with her. She does not always take her keyboard player,  but this would be communicated to you in advance.
  3. Travel Arrangements -  Laura and team will drive to the destination if it is 6 or fewer hours from Nashville, Tn. Unless otherwise specified, the host is responsible to pay gas expenses 3 weeks in advance of event. If Laura and team are flying, the host is responsible to arrange and book flights.
  4. The host church is responsible for airport pick-ups and drop-offs and for transporting the team back and forth to the sessions.
  5. The local church cares for accommodations and meals for the Laura and team, either in a hotel or in a host home. Billeting in homes is what we like and expect as long as it is a quiet environment and has internet connection. (Host can provide hotel rooms if they prefer)
  6. Laura would like to have the opportunity to set up product table in a visible location.
  7. Laura and her team would like to reserve the right to cancel a speaking engagement, with plenty of advance notice, should the Lord direct them to do so. Please understand this would only be in extremely rare circumstances.
